We took the best pizza ever.
And we made it take away.

It took decades to perfect the mix of flours, water and yeast needed to turn that simple idea into an exceptional pizza. Sixty years later, ‘pizza al taglio’ is still the best way to eat your favourite pizza. WHEREVER and WHENEVER you want.”



The secret is in the dough

Three different kinds of flour. Natural yeast, all combined with a slow leavening process of at least 48 hours.

The 3 layers of perfection

· Crunchy crust at the bottom.
· Light and soft air bubbles in the middle.
· The best toppings you can imagine.



Only the best ingredients, from as close as possible

When we have to, we import from Italy. When we can, we buy local.

Eat it take away, or reheat it when you want

Thanks to the high percentage of water in the dough, our pizza is perfect both warm “on the way” and reheated at home. It will simply be as good.

What does “DAJE” mean?

 

“Daje” is not an Italian word. Like the real pizza al taglio, it comes from Rome. It’s a variation of the Italian word “dai” (“come on”, in English), but it has many many (really many…) more meanings. Today, you can’t walk around Rome without hearing people say Daje at every corner!


Yes… But, what does Daje! mean?
